Affirmative Action Program
Saint-Gobain Crystals & Detectors Human Resources Department, specifically the Human
Resource Director and Manager, are responsible for coordinating all Plant activities

compliance and enforcement agencies with minority, female, handicapped, and veteran
agencies; |

Keeping management informed of the latest
developments in the field of equal opportunity and affirmative action; |

Active involvement with minority organizations,
womens organizations, community action groups, community service programs,
handicapped and veterans organizations; |

Periodic audit training programs, hiring and
promotion patterns to identify and remove impediments to the attainment of Company goals
and objectives of equal opportunities for minorities and females; |

Regular discussions with management and employees to
assure Company policies are being followed; |

Reviewing the qualifications of all employees to
ensure the targeted class members are given full opportunity for transfer and promotions; |
